Development opportunities

With us, your professional development is a priority. Together with your manager, you plan your professional development annually during your performance reviews. Through the Erasmus programme, you have the opportunity for international professional development and you can also receive support and professional development in academic communication in English in a university environment. In addition, training is offered in areas such as administrative law, fire safety, first aid, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

For teaching staff

As teaching staff, you can apply for promotion to a higher teaching post as well as the merit of Docent/Associate Professor (unpaid), take part in international exchanges with our partner universities, gain teaching qualifications, and develop further through fixed-term collegial assignments within the university. We also have a unit within the university that offers professional development in higher education pedagogy.
