The network started in 2013 and arranges two meetings each year somewhere in Sweden. The purpose is to pursue issues within the network’s research area but in line with the activities of the board of the National Association for Anaesthesia and Intensive and critical care. The latter, i.e. AnIva is an association for professionals and students mostly active within anaesthesia and intensive and critical caring practices with the goal of development of research and education programmes.
