Dr Kayvan Yousefi Mojir is a researcher and lecturer in information science and informatics at the University of Borås in Sweden. He received his PhD in 2018 from Linköping University in Sweden in information systems development with a specific focus on emergency management context and cross-sector collaborations concerning how to organise, present, and share information between organisations, mainly concerning future crisis management. His research focuses on user-centred information systems development and the related socio-technical and institutional factors. He has participated in different projects to strengthen emergency response, i.e., creating cross-sector collaborations and enhance information sharing. He also teaches in several associated subjects, for example, UX-design, frontend development, system development and research methods. He has also published several articles in related scientific journals and conferences.
