I am a doctoral student in the Human Perspective in Care research area, affiliated with the research group Applied Care and Communication Research. I commenced my doctoral studies in autumn 2022. My doctoral work is part of the larger project PINPOINT – The Patient's First Contact, which aims to investigate the practice perspective when patients and nurses interact in primary care settings. Specifically, my doctoral project will focus on patients over 65 years of age.
I am a trained Primary Healthcare Nurse and hold a Master's degree in Sustainable Organisation and Health-Promoting Leadership. Throughout most of my professional life, I have worked in home care, primary care, and child healthcare. Additionally, I served as a unit manager for several years. Over the past two years, I have worked as a Lecturer at the University of Borås, primarily within the Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Nursing – Primary Health Care programme.
