My research is focused on the design of supply chains, a broad research area where I have utilized critical realism to explore various aspects. This includes designing supply chains for specific strategic objectives, the interaction between supply chains and how actors perceive their responsibilities, as well as factors influencing production opportunities in Sweden. My research has received awards for successful co-production with the industry, and I have earned multiple honors for my publications and peer review efforts. I have also been involved in organizing conferences and held several editorial positions. Currently, I am the associate editor for the European Business Review.
Teaching is a passion within my academic work. I am particularly proud of being repeatedly nominated and winning the Teacher of the Year award at the School of Engineering (Jönköping University), as well as receiving the pedagogical prize at the University of Borås. My teaching methodology is based on established learning models, and I aim to incorporate scientific progression into the educational programs. My teaching is connected to supply chains, scientific methodologies, and supervising thesis projects.
