Security Policy

This security policy is established by the Governing Board of the University of Borås in accordance with Chapter 5. 4§ p.11 of the Board's Organisational and Decision-Making Procedure. The security policy details the university's intentions and objectives for the university's security work, which includes security for persons, physical property, and information. Steering documents related to security work are decided upon by the Vice-Chancellor or an appointee.

Problem with your study situation

My teacher doesn’t answer my e-mails! We have not been given the results of our exam even they were a whole month ago! I wasn’t prioritised for the internship! Our teacher makes sexist comments! The university is big and you meet a lot of people every day during your studies and work. Sometimes, things don’t work out the way we want them to and then it can feel good to get support or help in solving a problem. The university’s aim is to handle problems that arise through dialogue between those most closely affected.

Appeal

A student who has had his/her application rejected and who is not satisfied with this decision can make an appeal to the University of Borås.

PaperCut

The University uses the system PaperCut as their print portal. Through PaperCut, you can see your print account balance, get reports about printing, see the last print job and print documents that you upload via a web browser.
