Work routine: result reporting and delivery of graded exams

• When the assessment is completed and submitted, either by one or more assessors, notify the Examination. They report the grades from Inspera to Ladok.
• The result "lands" in Draft in Ladok.
• The examiner reviews and certifies the results in Ladok.
• The examiner/certifying teacher announces that the certification is complete and that the exams can be released to the students. This is to be notified to tentamen@hb.se
• Examination makes the exam visible to the students so that they can see the Final assessment (grade) and Feedback (graded exam, with scores and any comments)
