One way to finance this support is through the participation fee. This is why it is important for you to decide at an early stage on the amount of the participation fee.

Uploading of abstracts and posters in PDF, exporting of abstracts, clear distinction between approved and rejected abstracts, scheduling with joint and parallel programme items, exporting of programme/schedule to, for example, app or digital conference platform.
