Through the file- and synchronizing service Box you can make files accessible on the web, in your computers and in your mobile units thus you always have access to your files. You can also easily share your files with others.

Log in and create an account

You can access your files in Box via a web browser: hb.box.com.

After your first login via the web there is also the possibility to get access to your files via your mobile devices in the Box app. It is available for iPhone and iPad through App Store. Note! Use the alternative Single Sign On (SSO) when you log in via the app.

Security

In the document ”Informationssäkerhetsanvisning Användare” (dnr 074-11-19) you can read about how you as a user shall obtain a good IT security. In this document you can find information about he Universitys rules for information classification. You always need to be careful with how you handle and store classified information and sensitive personal data.

This service is provided by SUNET, the universities joint organization of infrastructure services. All traffic to and from the service is encrypted, and the files are stored encrypted at the supplier that meets the high safety requirements.
