Central bodies with student representatives

The university's activities are led by its board, which has insight into all the university's affairs and is responsible for ensuring that its tasks are fulfilled. The Vice-Chancellor is responsible for the management of operations directly under the board. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor is the deputy to the Vice-Chancellor.

• The board meets five times a year (February, April, June, October, and December).
• 3 student representatives.

The task of the Vice-Chancellor's Board Council is to be advisory to the decisions of the Vice-Chancellor and the boards concerning quality in education and research.

The Vice-Chancellor’s Advisory and Quality Council is charged with being advisory to the positions of Vice-Chancellor on strategic issues for the university, with a specific focus on operational steering and employer issues. The council has special responsibility for ensuring the cohesiveness and collaboration between the different parts of the university.
