Pedagogical Prize

The university works to provide high-quality education that promotes students' learning. Through the Pedagogical Prize, which was established in 1992, the Student Union, in consultation with the university's management, seeks to highlight teachers who, with conscious pedagogical efforts, make a difference to students' learning.

The university annually awards one pedagogically skilled teacher with a scholarship of SEK 30,000 and a diploma. The prize amount is used to give the teacher the opportunity to develop further – through study trips, conference participation, or similar activities that promote pedagogical development.

Only students at the University of Borås can nominate a teacher for the award.

Nominate for the Pedagogical Prize 2024 by 1 March 2025.
