Note-taking support/Support for a fellow student
There are a maximum of two note-takers per course and these will take notes for all students who have been granted note-taking support via disability study support for students with disabilities.
The note-taker will email the notes in digital form as soon as possible after the end of the lecture. The notes should preferably be written on a computer, but it is also possible to write them clearly by hand, scan them and distribute them by email to the addresses given to the note-taker by the coordinators. It is important that the notes taken are clear and accurate based on what was said in the lecture.
The two note-takers need to ensure that one of them is at lectures so that the task can be completed.
Note-takers will be remunerated after completion of the course by submitting a remuneration form by email to: riktatstod@hb.se
Support for a fellow student
Students with disability study support may receive a decision on Support for a fellow student. The role of the supporting fellow student is to support a student in their studies. See further under "For those who are "a fellow student". The assignment may also include assistance with moving from place to place, helping to find your way around the premises, or assisting with the movement of equipment.
The fee for the supporting fellow student is based on approximately ten hours of work per month. The fee can be claimed after the completion of the course by submitting a fee claim form by email to:
riktatstod@hb.se
If either party feels that the support granted is not working or that there are questions, we ask the students to contact the relevant coordinator by email: riktatstod@hb.se
The fees for Note-taking support and Support for a fellow student are regulated by the university's Villkorsavtal (the salary and benefits agreement). To see the current fees, see under "Fees for note-taking support and Support for a fellow student" below.
