Processing of data under the General Data Protection Act (GDPR)
We collect information through the form to see the number of expected visitors to an arranged event in order to book suitable premises, enable course preparations etc. The information in the database may be transferred to an excel file where the data becomes searchable and forwarded to an external party such as a catering company.
In applicable cases we need your consent to process information about food allergies. Information about food allergies is required for us to be able to offer you food that is suited to your medical requirements. The information about food allergies will be stored in a database that the course administrators and system administrators at the University have access to.
The information will be deleted from the database and Excel when the course is completed.
