Book club together

Why a Book Club?

A book club is a way to socialize through reading and get more out of what you read. Together with your friends, you can explore and reflect on what you've read. You decide exactly how you want to run your book club.

How Does It Work?

You borrow a bag from the library that contains five paperback books and gather your small group. In the bag, besides the books, there’s also some information on how to organize a book club and suggested discussion questions. The loan period for the book club bag is 60 days, giving you enough time to read and have one or more meet-ups for the book club. If you run out of time, you can renew the bag. This book club is all about enjoyment and fun, giving you a chance to develop your reading, strengthen your language and discussion skills, and maybe even meet new people!

If you use social media, feel free to tag the library and use #bokcirkelpåhb

You’ll find the bags at the library entrance. You can borrow the entire bag at the self-checkout, and the entire content is then loaned out to you. Return is made at the information desk when the library is open.

Book Club Bags

There are several book club bags, but only one is in English, and it contains 5 copies of the fantasy novel Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros.
